The Breakell Law Firm P.C. evolved out of a legal practice
founded in 1982 by Walter G. Breakell, Esq. and has distinguished
itself as a preeminent Construction and Commercial law firm
within the Capital District and Upstate Region. In 1989 the
practice began expanding with additional lawyers. In 2003,
the practice restructured and is now the Breakell Law Firm
P.C.
The firm was formed upon a foundation of providing responsive,
high quality, industry specific expertise and cost effective
legal services to our clients within the business and construction
